Reduce stress and experience peace within. A moving form of meditation based on ancient Chinese principles, these graceful flowing movements tone muscles, align the body & enhance flexibility while promoting mindfulness. In Chinese medicine, tai chi is used as a way to relax the body & allow the chi (vital energy) to flow, thereby promoting wellness. Beginning students start at 5:30 pm, giving them dedicated time to focus on principles before continuing intermediate students arrive at 5:55 pm. Then we do a full practice, with beginners following along. Class ends at 6:45pm. Precautions will be implemented to protect instructors and students.
